Providing administrative and reception support in our offices in Glasgow
What is it?
By becoming an office volunteer you’ll help to keep The Prince’s Trust running smoothly and make a real difference to our support of young people.
We are recruiting volunteers to work in the Glasgow office to support with administrative and reception duties.
The role involves:
- Being the first point of contact to visitors in the Centre, ensuring they are directed to the relevant staff member.
- Administrative tasks such as answering email and incoming calls.
- Upholding to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince’s Trust, including our Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Confidentiality policies
What is the impact?
Office Volunteers can have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, helping with the smooth running of the Centre reception.
What is the time commitment?
Ideally a commitment of one morning each weekday for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
