Office Volunteer, Outreach & Recruitment
Providing administrative and project support in our Norwich office.
What is it?
By becoming an Office Volunteer you’ll help to keep The Prince’s Trust running smoothly and make a real difference to our support of young people. You will be working with the Outreach Team; supporting their work in recruiting the right young people onto our programmes.
The role involves:
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with appropriate agencies working with young people
- Build and maintain an accurate database of key contacts for use by all staff
- Adhere to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince’s Trust, including our Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Confidentiality policies
- Where appropriate attend events to promote Prince's Trust programmes
What is the impact?
Office Volunteers can have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, supporting with bespoke projects which can make our systems and processes more efficient.
What is the time commitment?
Ideally a commitment of around 0.5 days per week or 1 day every fortnight for a minimum of one year.
