Office Volunteer, Evaluation
Providing administrative and project support in an office environment.
What is it?
By becoming an Office Volunteer you’ll help to keep The Prince’s Trust running smoothly and make a real difference to our support of young people. In this role you will support the Evaluation and Reporting team and will provide hands on experience in collecting and managing data. It will enable experience of communicating the outcomesof our evaluation actvities to ensure the Trust improves its programmes, recieves funding and helps more young people get into educaiton.
The role involves:
- Supporting the day to day work of the Evaluations and Reporting team as well as inputting into a new digital change project
- Assisting the Evaluation Team with administrative tasks as necessary such as data cleaning, data entry, testing new reporting databases, writing communications, focus groups, interviews, analysis, reviewing data collectiong tools and desk research
- Assisting the Evaluation Team with other specific administrative projects
- Adhering to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince's Trust.
What is the impact?
Office Volunteers can have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, supporting with bespoke projects which can make our systems and processes more efficient.
What is the time commitment?
Ideally a commitment of around two to three days per week for a minimum of three to six months.
