Office Volunteer, Development Awards
Providing administrative support in the Leeds office.
What is it?
By becoming an Office Volunteer you’ll help to keep The Prince’s Trust running smoothly and make a real difference to our support of young people. In this role, you will provide the Development Awards Team with much needed help to assist more young people apply for a cash grant to help them get into education, employment or training.
The role involves:
- Providing support to staff team members with online/offline administrative duties, telephone calls, interactions with volunteers and young people. Including maintaining accurate records, drafting letters, and organising documents for posting.
- Adhering to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince’s Trust, including our Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Confidentiality policies
- Opportunities to get involved in other areas of The Trust’s work, such as supporting with events
What is the impact?
The role will have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, making our systems and processes more efficient and effective. Therefore allowing more young people to access Awards.
What is the time commitment?
A commitment of 1 day per week for a minimum of 6 months – flexible to you
