What is it?

By becoming an office volunteer you’ll help to keep The Prince’s Trust running smoothly and make a real difference to our support of young people.

We are recruiting volunteers to work alongside our National Admin Team based in Old Trafford, Manchester to carry out the data entry of My Journey forms collected from young people who’ve attended Prince’s Trust programmes.

The role involves:

  • Accurate data entry of My Journey forms
  • Working as part of a small team
  • Upholding to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince’s Trust, including our Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Confidentiality policies

What is the impact?

Office Volunteers can have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, helping us understand and monitor the progress of the soft skills development for Trust young people (e.g. confidence, teamwork).

What is the time commitment?

This is an ongoing project but we are asking for a minimum commitment of 4-5 hours per week one day a week between the hours of 10am and 4.00pm  Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 months.  You will receive face to face training and support to carry out your role.

Volunteering for The Trust has not only been a very rewarding experience; it has been fun!
