We're looking for a volunteer who can help act as the liaison between the Universities and DP's and help place students on placements on our programmes. This role was previously completed by a volunteer that sat in PT house 1 day a week and was able to do the role to a high standard.
The role involves:
- Emailing/telephone calls to Universities and Delivery Partners to see if SWS placements are required
- Recording information on our CRM and local drives and informing team leaders/team management of placements
- Adhering to the relevant policies and procedures of The Prince’s Trust, including our Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Confidentiality policies.
What is the impact?
Office Volunteers can have a huge impact on the effectiveness of The Trust, supporting with bespoke projects which can make our systems and processes more efficient.
What is the time commitment?
Ideally a commitment of a day or two per week for a minimum of six months.
