How the course works

Meet new people and improve your skills by working on a group challenge like creating a podcast.

Not only will it help you discover new talents and develop new skills, but you’ll also benefit from support from our staff or one of our mentors to help you uncover your next steps.

Don't forget!

  • The course is open to young people aged 16-25 in Hull and surrounding areas
  • The course runs for 5 days from Monday 19th March 2018 to Friday 23rd March 2018 from 10am - 4pm daily

  • The course is run from Viking FM in Hull with travel reimbursed daliy and lunch provided

  • You will have the opportunity to work with Viking FM broadcasters, take part in voice coaching and record podcasts

  • You will also enhance your CV through engaging in a variety of activities led by industry experts

The course kicks off with a Taster Day on Tuesday 13th March 2018 at Viking FM in Hull. We will provide a flavour of what the course is about with an industry expert led 'Theatre of the mind' activity. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for the day.
