The Explore Health and Social Care programme is designed to help you learn more about the roles and responsibilities of the Health and Social Care Sector. 

The programme revolves around providing personal development opportunities through practical activities that will develop your confidence whilst giving you skills in team building, problem solving and communication. 

The programme will help you to develop an understanding of the array of roles within the Health and Social Care sector, whilst giving you qualifications in Team building and an accredited certificate in Emergency First Aid.  

Explore offers more flexibility and the choice to lead your own personal development alongside a staff mentor, who you will work with closely during additional one-to-one sessions. Explore can help young people move into employment, training, apprenticeships and more.
