What is a Mentor?
A mentor is a friendly, experienced adult who knows all about getting into work. They offer non-judgemental support and are there to help you reach your goals.
Mentoring is available across the North West, starting at any time. You will be matched with a mentor and meet either on-line or face-to-face, typically every two weeks for a period of six months.
Your mentor can help you with confidence issues, finding opportunities, CV writing and interview skills.
They can support you get into any job in heatlth or social care including admin, finance or catering as well as patient-facing roles such as healthcare assistants.
