How the course works

Meet new people and have the chance to gain new skills which may include PC maintenance, customer care, hardware and software.

We’ll also help you with your CV and interview skills.

Not only will it boost your confidence and employability skills, but you’ll also have the chance to benefit from support from one of our mentors to help you uncover your next steps.

The main programme kicks off 13th June

With a combination of self-study and live online support, you'll finish the course with a well respected certificate to impress potential employers with in under 6 months.

Learn Key IT Support Skills such as:

Computer Assembly
Wireless Networking
Installing Programmes
Customer Service

There will be 5 core modules for you to work through to help enhance your IT support skills. Leaving you fully prepared for your chosen career.

We will be there to support you every step of the way! You will also recieve help with finding and applications for new and exciting opportunities in that field!
