Here in the heart of Digbeth we support young people from 11 to 30 years of age who are not in full time education or employment to live, learn and earn.

Through our Enterprise programme we offer free business training and support from a mentor for up to two years as well as the chance to apply for funding.

If you are looking to develop your skills, become more 'work ready' and increase your chances of getting a job, then our Get started and Get into programmes will be ideal for you.

Perhaps you're looking to grow your self-confidence, life skills and improve your employability. We can support your work towards your personal goals through Explore, a free and fun personal development programme to equip you with the tools you need to move forward.

On Team programme we'll help you uncover your hidden talents and improve your confidence, as well as gain a nationally-recognised qualification and develop your English and maths skills.

We can also support individual applications for funding to help you train and learn through our Development Awards. 

We support young people in Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Sandwell, Walsall and West Bromwich and across the region. Eligibility criteria apply.
