Superdry has gone above and beyond to change the lives of young people and, at its annual managers' conference in September 2019, it celebrated raising a staggering £250,000. Here's how Superdry achieved this milestone.

Across the UK, Superdry colleagues have taken on all kinds of innovative challenges to raise funds, including: store swap shops, walking events and cycling challenges. One even required 100 people to cycle 100 miles, raising £100 each. Needless to say, with the support of store teams behind each activity, they were successful

In addition to this, more than 120 Superdry teams participated in The Trust's Future Steps challenge – including their distributors, which saw them hit 10,000 steps every day in February.

An incredible colleague, Ivan, also launched a heroic challenge  – cycling thousands of miles virtually and on-road to inspire hundreds of his colleagues to get fit, cycle and change young lives, building up to Ride Across Britain 2019.

Through Million Makers, Team Superdry drove new and exciting initiatives, including the creation of limited edition customised Superdry jackets and product sample sales. Their fundraising spirit was so successful, last year they were crowned winners of the Million Makers 2018 South West competition!

Beyond fundraising, Superdry has also supported over 100 young people to boost their skills and confidence through the ‘Superdry Experience', creating action-packed placements and Get Hired days to help young people start their careers in their stores.

I feel blessed to be part of Superdry; it feels like a family. If it wasn’t for the team, I wouldn’t haven’t been able to build the skills or confidence I have now.

I've worked here for a year now, and I love it! I’ve learnt so many different things and built skills. Before, I would never have felt confident enough to pick up the phone. This opportunity has given me such a great start, picking up my confidence and talking to people. I'll always be so grateful to The Prince’s Trust and Superdry.

May the successful partnership continue with more fundraising stories to share in the future. Thank you Superdry.
