“I’d always thought about becoming self-employed. Growing up, I experienced depression and alcohol addiction, which affected my self-esteem, and it took a while for the prospect of starting my own business to feel like a reality.  

Once I’d got back on my feet and was working as a personal trainer, one of my clients told me about The Prince’s Trust and I thought it sounded like the perfect opportunity to get my idea for CLAN Wellbeing off the ground.

“I’m looking forward to getting back to business as usual and I hope when this is all over I’ll be able to expand the business so that we’re able to host community events, work at fitness festivals and to give job opportunities to the young offenders.”
