The Prince's Trust has partnered with apprenticeship specialist GetMyFirstJob to offer even more opportunities to young people who need support to get into work.

With a live feed of apprenticeships for young people to search through on our website, young people have the option to search by postcode, industry sector or employer so they can see exactly what opportunities there are near them, before applying directly.

GetMyFirstJob, a social enterprise which has helped over 25,000 young people get into work in the past year, uses a state of the art ‘TalentPortal’ system to allow young people to find vacancies in their area, and employers to find young talent that are right for their employment programmes – so once registered with GetMyFirstJob young people can be contacted directly with the latest relevant vacancies, without having to find and apply for every job!

David Allison, CEO of GetMyFirstJob, says

We are delighted to be working with The Prince’s Trust to support their fantastic work, and enable both organisations to help even more young people to a great path into work and careers. With increasing numbers of options, from traineeships to degree level apprenticeships, there has never been a better time to consider an apprenticeship, without the burden of university fees, and with great prospects.

GetMyFirstJob will share the latest information and resources about apprenticeships with us. From traineeships to apprenticeships, www.GetMyFirstJob.co.uk typically has over 10,000 vacancies across the country.
