Since its foundation in 1976, The Trust has helped over 870,000 young people and we have ambitious plans to help many more in the years to come.

No matter which part of The Trust you are joining, you will play a key role in helping us to support young people and the many partners we work with. 

We also want your time with us to be engaging and rewarding and our People and Learning strategy has a strong focus on continuous development, employee wellbeing and engagement. We’ll give you a clear plan of the training and development you’ll need for your role and, in addition, we really want you to take control of your own development, and explore those areas of interest to you, supported by a selection of online development resources.

When you join us, your line manager will support your induction to The Trust and familiarise you with your role, The Trust, our supporters and our young people. A wide range of information and resources is also available to you via our intranet and please feel free to contact the People and Learning team with any questions you may have.
