Each centre will register their internal assessors with us and they are responsible for ensuring the learners are competant in completing the tasks for a particular assessment. Once the assessor is happy all the tasks for an assessment have been met the assessment form should be signed by both the assessor and the learner and returned to us with a relevant batch sheet.

Please keep a copy of the learners work and the assessment forms for your records. The Prince's Trust may wish to see evidence of the work produced to meet the criteria for up to one year after certification.

I think eDCC is good for the clients because they like the fact that each unit and level is in easily managabel bites, and the incentive of a certificate, quickly, is immeasureable with clients who are likely never to have had a certificate for education before.

Assessment forms and batch sheets can be sent to us in hard copy to: eDCC, The Prince's Trust, 9 Eldon Street, London, EC2M 7LS or in soft copy to eDCC@princes-trust.org.uk.
