Can't Talk, Write

Our research, in partnership with Action for Children and Royal Mail, shows that over a third of children and young people explore their thoughts and feelings on paper or engage in creative writing to boost their mental health. That's why we've created a toolkit to help young people put pen to paper, packed with tips, advice and exercises to help improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.

The young people's toolkit is for 11 to 18-year-old and the educator's toolkit is for those working with young people. Both include printable activities and ideas to get young people writing.

Explore different ways to communicate with each other and put your learnings to the test with these worksheets.
