Music Ambassadors
The Prince’s Trust is synonymous with amazing musicians having famously hosted Rock Galas, Party in the Park and Fashion Rocks over the years.
The support of artists, representing a huge range of musical styles, helps The Trust to reach out to donors and young people who might not otherwise know about our work.
The Prince’s Trust has also supported many young people who’ve gone on to musical success, helped to start many music-based businesses and runs programmes encouraging more young people to flex their musical muscles.
From Cheryl's Trust fundraising for the new centre in Newcastle, to Jools Holland performing at fundraising dinners, Emeli Sandé adding musical magic to Young Ambassador’s speeches and Alesha Dixon helping to promote our programmes, The Trust’s musical Ambassadors are always in tune with our needs.
Music royalty including Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Rod Stewart and The Who donated auction items to support The Trust as part of Julien’s Auctions Icons & Idols: Rock "n" Roll sale. Highlights included a custom made Rolling Stones leather jacket signed by Sir Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton’s stage worn waistcoat and a caftan worn by Ozzy Osbourne.
