As well as being one of the nation’s most popular hosts, Fearne has written several books, including Happy, Calm and hosts a podcast called Happy Place, both of which promote positive wellbeing. This passion makes her the perfect person to act as The Prince’s Trust Goodwill Ambassador for Mental Health.
Fearne has been an ambassador for The Trust for more than 10 years, attending events and meeting young people.
In 2016 she acted as a judge for The Prince’s Trust Young Achiever Pride of Britain Award and also presented a group of young people to HRH The Prince of Wales at a Garden Party celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Trust.
In 2019 she co-hosted the Prince's Trust Awards national ceremony at the London Palladium with fellow celebrity ambassador Philip Schofield.
In 2020 she teamed up with The Trust to launch a new fundraising initiative called The Great Create to support young people's wellbeing. Everyone is encouraged to host their own Great Create parties during the month of March to not only spend more time with friends, family and colleagues but also have a go at making something together, to discover how good it feels to get creative while raising vital funds to help young people improve their mental wellbeing.
