The association exists to promote the partnership between the Fire & Rescue Service and The Trust for the benefit of young people. We will create a source of good practice for the delivery of work with young people in the Fire & Rescue Service.

The Fire Service Prince's Trust Association terms of reference are:

  • Promote the partnership between the Fire & Rescue Service and The Prince’s Trust for the benefit of young people.
  • Develop the Association as a source of good practice for the delivery of work with young people in the Fire & Rescue Service.
  • Provide a forum to secure the necessary changes in culture and practice so that Fire & Rescue Services co-operate to improve outcomes for all young people's needs.
  • Seek, listen to and act upon the views of young people.
  • Support the National Liaison Officer to explore new partnership opportunities.
