We are recruiting individuals and teams to champion the
University Million Makers challenge at their University. Prove that
you are capable of recruiting, leading and motivating a team, that
will use their business acumen to raise £2500 or more.
What is Million Makers?
Companies and universities,are rallying together
to raise £1 million for The Prince’s Trust through
the Million Makers campaign. Million Makers is an
entrepreneurial competition that challenges teams
to compete against each other to raise the most amount of
income and be crowned Million Makers winners of 2011!
Becoming a University Million Makers Champion and
entering a team in University Million Makers is a fantastic
opportunity to impress corporate organisations, especially those
that are taking part in Corporate Million Makers, such as HP, Ernst
& Young, and RBS
Role of a University Million Makers Champion
- Promote and champion University Million Makers challenge at
your University and recruit a team of up to 10 students
- Lead the team at your University
- Keep the team motivated
- Liaise with your Prince’s Trust representative and keep them
updated
Supporting our Champions
As a champion you will receive:
- Recruitment pack – an aid on how to recruit your University
team
- Support over the phone (either through your Prince’s Trust
representative or a business world mentor!)
- Guidance on leading a team
- Online guide to Million Makers competition
- Opportunity for you and your team to attend a local corporate
networking event
What will you gain?
- Improve your CV: Develop real-world business skills.
- Network: get your name known amongst local and national
employers.
- Become a part of something huge. We will be able to provide you
with a list of companies who recognise Million Makers as a learning
and development initiative.

Prize
The three top teams that raise the most income
will be invited to our annual star studded Celebrate
Success Awards in London, where they have the opportunity to walk
down the red carpet and experince an amazing event.
Afterwards they are invited to a Million Makers reception party,
where the National University Million Makers winners will be
annouched

The challenge was exciting and different; I
