Insurance Leadership Group announces its new Chair
Peter Matson, Chief Underwriter at Novae,
has been appointed as the new Chair of the ILG.

Peter Matson, Chief Underwriter, Novae has been appointed the
new Chair of The Prince’s Trust Insurance Leadership Group (ILG),
which has raised millions to help disadvantaged young people into
work.
The ILG has raised £4.5 million over just five years, bringing
together insurance companies to help young people turn their lives
around. The Group also aims to make it easier for disadvantaged
young people to gain insurance.
Novae is a Patron of the fundraising and networking forum,
raising almost £220,000 for youth charity The Prince’s Trust over
just four years and providing work experience placements to young
people on Prince’s Trust courses.
Julian Enoizi, CEO, Argo has handed over his role to Peter
Matson after over two years in the post.
I am determined to drive the ILG even further
this year. We want to raise £1million in 2011, which will give
hundreds of young people the skills and confidence to find their
first job. It’s an ambitious target, but – with the support of the
insurance sector – it’s one that I think we can achieve.
