Girls' night in

Girls' night inHold a Girls' Night In and raise money for The Prince's Trust. You'll be helping young people in the UK who need it most.

Three ways to raise money:

Host your own dinner party

Invite your friends and family over, cook them a delicious meal and ask them to make a donation to The Prince’s Trust.

Marie Claire Dinner PartyWhy not make their donation dependent on the score they give you? A score of 8 could equal an £8 donation to The Prince's Trust.

Consider making it a group effort. Ask your guests to return the favour and then the competition really starts heating up.

Consider a theme for your dinner party

  • How about a Mexican Night, Tapas Night, Italian, French or American cuisine?
  • Why not incorporate a murder mystery or even a karaoke competition?
  • How about a summer barbecue?

Host your own make-over evening

Marie Claire Make-Over PartyInvite the girls over and set up your very own beauty salon.

Ask your friends to donate for manicures, pedicures, face masks and make-overs.

Make sure everyone brings along drinks, food and music and you’ll be in for a night of beauty-tastic fun.

Host your own fashion evening

Marie Claire Fashion EveningFashion show or clothes-swap party? Organise a fashion show in a local venue, using samples or ex-season stock from local fashion stores.

Alternatively, organise a clothes-swap party where people bring their much-loved but out-of-favour clothes for someone else to make the most of.

Which ever idea you choose, it will be a great fundraiser.

Why support The Prince's Trust?

More than a million young people are not in education, employment or training. Many of them face challenges that would defeat most of us – homelessness, poverty, family breakdown, ill-health and a lack of faith in themselves.

But by supporting The Prince's Trust, you can help them turn their lives around.
