Cunard Line are Gold
We are delighted to announce that Cunard Line
have become a Gold Patron of The Prince’s Trust. In becoming a Gold
Patron they have joined an exclusive group of our most dedicated
supporters enabling us to change even more young lives.
To celebrate this wonderful news Cunard Line are offering an
exclusive opportunity for you and a guest to join them at the
naming ceremony of their gracious new Cunarder, Queen
Elizabeth.
It is a Cunard tradition that every new ship that joins the
fleet is welcomed in a grand and spectacular fashion. Past
Cunarders have been named by HRH Queen Mary, Her Majesty the Queen
and most recently HRH The Duchess of Cornwall.
The lucky guests will be amongst the very first to board this
magnificent ship in Southampton and this could be your chance in a
lifetime to be part of Cunard’s long and illustrious history. For

Since the start of the partnership Cunard Line, their employees
and their guests have raised over £500,000 for The Prince’s Trust,
helping change the lives of 551 disadvantaged young people in
Southampton and over the UK. Over the next three years they have
committed to raising a further £500,000 through customer
fundraising events, staff activity including a team of employees
taking part in
The Capgemini Wild UK Challenge 2010 and a voyage in aid
of The Prince’s Trust.
They are also offering a fantastic work placement opportunity to
young ambassador Candace, a Celebrate Success Young Achiever of
the Year finalist, with a dream of working as a chef on one of
Cunard Line’s famous Ocean Liners.
The partnership with Cunard is really important
to The Trust, the phenomenal amount of income raised will make a
huge difference to the lives of so many young people. We look
forward to continuing the partnership and helping change even more
young lives.
