The Prince's Trust Enterprise Network
Enterprise Network is a network of young
people supported by The Prince’s Trust to start businesses.
Enterprise Network members have all run successful businesses, many
of whom have now expanded, diversified or are pursuing other
exciting projects in further education, training or employment.
It’s completely free to join and is available
to young people who have completed the Enterprise Programme and
repaid their loan funding.
Membership gives young people access to a range of exclusive
free and discounted goods and services, the opportunity to attend
workshops on topics relevant to business growth and to keep up to
date with news and information from The Prince’s Trust.
How do I become a member?
- Membership is available to young people who have received
either financial or mentoring support to start a business through
the Enterprise Programme or the Business Programme.
- If young people were given a loan to start their business, the
loan must be repaid in full before membership is awarded.
If young people were given mentoring support only to start their
business, the business must have been trading for at least 3 years
before membership is awarded.
Member benefits
As the Enterprise Network develops we plan to develop online
networking opportunities, allowing members to share their
experience and knowledge, forge effective contacts and raise the
profile of their brand. We'll also:
- keep in contact with members through a quarterly
e-newsletter
- hold prize draws for concert tickets
- let members know and about any special offers we're
running
- tell you more about how to stay involved with The Prince's
Trust
Enterprise Network members also have access to a members-only
section of our website where you'll be able to tell us a bit about
yourself, update the Trust Business Finder with information about
your company, read our award winning Enterprising magazine and give
us your views through online surveys.
All you have to do is sign up to send us your contact details
and benefit from Enterprise Network membership.
Whether you need a plumber in Plymouth or a gardener in
Gateshead, using a Trust-supported business is a practical way for
you to help.
Our work depends on your donation.
"If we were merely to help those who could virtually guarantee
success, there would be little point in the work. Those people
could go elsewhere for their support. It is my intention that we
should take a risk and help those who have the courage to take
risks themselves. They are likely to be the sort of people we will
hear about in the future."
