Richard HarpinRichard is founder and CEO of HomeServe plc, the world’s largest home emergency service. He is committed to encouraging young entrepreneurs through his work with the Prince’s Trust and his own charity, The Enterprise Trust.

Richard is a lifelong entrepreneur, and had set up five businesses by the age of 20. He founded HomeServe in 1993 and has led the company into the FTSE 250. HomeServe is now a £1 billion business, with over 10 million policies across five countries. Richard’s entrepreneurial flair was recognised when he won the prestigious Ernst & Young UK Entrepreneur of the Year award 2008/09.

I am passionate about supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs – anyone can be a successful entrepreneur if they develop a mind for business.
