Dr. Rami Ranger MBE, FRSA is Founder of Sun Mark Limited.

Dr. Rami Ranger MBE, FRSA is a successful businessman who has been honoured six times by Her Majesty the Queen, five times for Business and once personally for services to British business and the British Asian Community. He was made a Member of the British Empire in 2005. Rami is married to Renu and they have three daughters and two grandchildren.

Rami set up his first business in 1987 with a mere 2 pound capital from a rented room in Hayes and with sheer dedication and commitment, he now runs two of Britain’s fastest growing companies with an annual turnover in excess of 150 million pounds. He sustains thousands of British jobs by exporting British supermarket products (FMCG) to over 100 countries. His businesses are growing at over 30% per annum and his company, Sun Mark Ltd, received an unprecedented Queens Award for Enterprise for five consecutive years between 2009 - 2013, making history as no other company in Britain has received this accolade before. Sun Mark Ltd. has been added to the Sunday Times “Profit Track 100” as one of the most profitable companies in Britain.

Rami devotes his time to benefit society from where he has gained so much. He has launched ground breaking initiatives designed to strengthen social cohesion in Britain. Rami co-founded the British Asian Conservative Link and served the organisation for over a decade as its General Secretary. He is the founder member of the Hindu Forum Britain which was set up to unite all the different Hindu Organizations in Britain under one umbrella so that they could project a cohesive voice in British Government departments. Rami also set up the Pakistan, India & UK Friendship Forum. He is the Chairman of the British Sikh Association which promotes interfaith dialogue for a peaceful coexistence and better understanding amongst people of different faiths now being practised in Britain.
