Making a referral
We receive referrals from a wide range of
statutory and voluntary organisations including schools, housing
services and hostels, youth offending teams, CAMHS, youth and
social services.
We also receive referrals directly from parents and young people
themselves.
To make a referral to a Prince’s Trust programme please fill in
the correct form below and email it or post it to your Prince’s
