Mark Group's ride across Britain

Jay Hensman, commercial development director of Prince's Trust Gold Patron Mark Group, swapped his desk for the open road in a cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End.

Mark Group commercial development director Jay Hensman swapped his desk for the open road for a special charity cycle ride from John O’Groats to Lands End.

Jay took to the saddle for the nine day, 960 mile trip, which he completed with 700 other riders as part of the Ride Across Britain challenge. The challenge will hopefully raise £5,000 for The Prince's Trust, of which Mark Group is a gold patron.

In between repairing his bike and his battered body, Jay found time to jot down his experiences in a diary of his journey.

I hope you will be interested, inspired, amused or something else (not sure what) by my nine days of diary notes

If so it’s not to late to make a donation to The Princes Trust by searching for Jay Hensman on Justgiving.com.
