Terms and Conditions for
Applications:
- Grants are awarded on the condition that they are
only spent for the purpose detailed in the application. If awards are
limited by the Trustees for a specific purpose, then the award must not be
used to fund anything else.
- Applicants will be required to provide evidence of
public and employer liability insurance, safety management and compliance
with safeguarding and Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or equivalent)
- Your grant must be spent within twelve months of
accepting it and a Grant Expenditure Report must be completed and returned
to the Trust Secretary after this twelve month period.
- Grants are for your organisation and must not be
transferred in whole or in part to a third party unless this was a stated
condition of your application.
- Grants will be paid by direct credit transfer to
your organisation’s bank account unless there are exceptional
circumstances and the Queen’s Silver Jubilee Trust agrees to a different
payment method.
- By accepting your grant, you consent to the Queen’s
Silver Jubilee Trust’s use of your organisation’s name, project details,
and grant amount in internal reports and promotional activities as
appropriate.
- The Queen’s Silver Jubilee Trust reserves the right
to ask for the grant or any of its remainder to be returned.
- The Queen’s Silver Jubilee Trust logo is protected
by copyright.
- Your organisation must notify us if it undergoes
any changes that directly affect your application or expenditure of a
grant.
- Subject to the Grant Eligibility Checklist,
organisations may apply more than once for an award.
