Our exciting range of courses will take you from a complete beginner to expert. We offer:

• a choice of water and land-based sports instruction – no need for previous experience
• excellent tuition, equipment and facilities to give you the knowledge and confidence to master whichever activity you choose
• small instructor to participant ratios so that you can enjoy quality tuition on a personal basis
