Claire Foster, 27, set up Superjuice, a mobile juice and smoothie bar in Taunton. After 12 months of struggling unsuccessfully to find work, she approached The Prince’s Trust for help with achieving her ambition to run her own business and received a grant which helped her open in late 2005.

In just two years, Claire has boosted its range to include hot juices, porridge and home made soups. Her funky, bright green mobile unit has become a landmark in Taunton town centre and she is now seeking new locations so that she can expand the business.

Claire said: “I’m thrilled to have won the award, although I really didn’t expect to. Two years ago I was unemployed and the future looked bleak. Starting my own business has changed everything and receiving this award makes all the hard work worthwhile. Success is sweet!”
