The rewards of being a Champion

At The Prince’s Trust we focus on helping young people aged 14 to 30, especially those who are unemployed, or who’ve struggled at school, been in trouble with the law or been in care. We run a range of programmes to help them develop practical employment skills and build up their self-esteem.

Our approach works. The Prince’s Trust helped more than 41, 000 disadvantaged young people last year, with over 79% moving into work, education or training. But it costs £1 million a week to run our programmes and that’s why we need more people to come on board as Champions.

Champions invest in futures. Young people’s futures.

Prince’s Trust Champions are people who recognise that an investment in today’s young people is an investment in tomorrow’s economy. They’re people who can look beyond someone’s background and see their potential.

By investing just £10 a month, you could help transform a life. For most Champions, seeing young people succeed is reward enough. But you’ll also enjoy some unique benefits:

• Advance notice of The Prince’s Trust events such as Royal film premieres and concerts
• Email newsletter subscription
• A free twice yearly magazine, Enterprising
• The opportunity to buy unique items from Trust-supported businesses

Gold champions

For individuals wishing to donate more than £85 a month (or £1000 a year), there is the opportunity to become a Gold Champion. Gold champions receive an exclusive Prince’s Trust lapel badge as well as the benefits above.
