With more jobs opening up in the retail sector, Get Into Retail will teach you the types of skills you’ll need to beat the competition and get employment. Your course could train you anything from fashion to pharmacy, but each will cover:

• Customer service
• Good selling skills
• Shop floor experience
• Store layout, design and merchandising

If you are between 16 and 25 years old, struggle at school, are in or leaving care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law then you could be eligible for this course.
