What you can get

• grants from 50 to 500 to help you get into education, training or employment
• support to help set goals, make decisions and find other programmes or support

Are you eligible?
Development Awards cannot be used:

• to pay for NVQ, level 4, HNC, HND, degree, post graduate courses or courses of an equivalent level
• for a gap year
• by a group or organisation

How long will it take?
You will need to have a meeting with one of our Awards Assessors before we recommend your application for funding. This will include talking about the support you need, and the goals you need to set.

Development Awards can take up to twelve weeks to process, so you should apply well before the award is needed.
